CANCELLATION POLICY

* Deposits are required and non refundable for some services. (Also 15% cancelation fee) * 15 min grace period, after that you have the option to get a simple set with no design or reschedule your appointment. * After 30 minutes late, your appointment is automatically cancelled and/or rescheduled. (And 15% of the total services will be charge as cancelation fee) * If you are late to 3 consecutive appointments or cancel 3 times in a row, you will be removed as a client. * Can’t make it to an appointment? No issue, just communicate with me and we’ll figure something out. Life is hard, and I understand things come up sometimes.
